Product Description
Commercial pasta extruder for making artisan quality long cut or short cut pasta. Machine makes 7,500 lbs (3,400 kg) / hour of wet pasta and 6,000 lbs (2,700 kg) dry. Two screw extruder with two die heads and cutters. Stainless steel basin style mixer with twin paddle shafts. Operator control panel. Automatic flour feeder and ingredient proportioning. All stainless steel, heavy-duty construction designed for industrial use including industrial duty drives and motors. Wash-down duty for use in USDA sanitary food plants. Easily disassembles for cleaning and sanitation. This extruder is listed in the USDA FSIS Directive 11220.1 "Accepted Meat and Poultry Equipment".
