Commercial extruder for making artisan quality snacks. Machine makes 1,500 lbs (680 kg) / hour of snacks. Single screw extruder with steam injectors to gelatinize mix. Operator control panel available. All stainless steel, heavy-duty construction designed for industrial use including industrial duty drives and motors. Wash-down duty for use in USDA sanitary food plants. Easily disassembles for cleaning and sanitation. This extruder is listed in the USDA FSIS Directive 11220.1 "Accepted Meat and Poultry Equipment".
